This 90-minute workshop is a chance to slow down and reconnect with your body and inner self. 🌬️✨ Breathwork is a body-based practice that not only helps in nervous system regulation but also allows for a deep sense of presence, helping you tap into what lies beneath the noise of thought without the need for fixing or analyzing.
Here's what you can expect:
- A brief introduction to set the stage 🗣️
- Guided breathing practice followed by rest and integration 🧘♀️
- Individual experiences may vary from subtle sensations to more expressive releases 🌈
