Terms and Conditions for Somo - Social Moments

1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Somo - Social Moments. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Somo - Social Moments ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Somo - Social Moments mobile application (the "App").

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the App.

2. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information
  • Keep your account password secure and confidential
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Events and Content

3.1 Event Creation and Participation

When creating or participating in events through the App, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate event information
  • Respect event organizers' rules and guidelines
  • Not create fake or misleading events
  • Not use the events feature for unauthorized commercial purposes

3.2 User Content

You retain ownership of content you post, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, modify, and display your content for App operations.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Post false, inaccurate, or misleading content
  • Attempt to bypass any security features
  • Use automated systems to access the App
  • Infringe on others' intellectual property rights
  • Create multiple accounts for malicious purposes

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are owned by Somo - Social Moments and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for third-party services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting an update on the App or sending you a notification.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
