We'll commence with a Sacred Cacao Ceremony led by our experienced instructor Ewa. Cacao, known as a "heart opener," helps lower cortisol levels, enhance blood flow, and foster emotional warmth and connections.

🎶 Sound Healing follows, where you'll be enveloped by the soothing vibrations from Tibetan singing bowls and other melodic instruments. These frequencies target your cells to help untangle physical tension, improve sleep quality, and clarify your emotions.

Ella, with 500+ hours of training in sound healing, leads retreats from Malmö to Rome. Her grounding method bridges traditional practices and modern insights to facilitate genuine personal resets.
