MD State BBQ Bash

Join us for Harford County, MD’s most exciting event of the year—the MD State BBQ Bash! 🌟 This barbecue-themed street festival showcases the Maryland State BBQ Championship, featuring over 25 professional competition teams from the Mid-Atlantic region and beyond, all vying for cash prizes and a chance to compete at the prestigious Jack Daniel’s World Championship Invitational Barbecue in Lynchburg, TN, and The American Royal in Kansas City, MO.

But that’s not all! 40 amateur teams will battle it out in the MD State BBQ Bash Tailgate Challenge, showing off their best ribs and chicken for a shot at cash, prizes, and ultimate bragging rights. 🥇🔥

For more than 20 years, the MD State BBQ Bash has been a highlight in Downtown Bel Air, combining delicious food, great music, and wonderful company. We invite you to become part of this cherished tradition! 🎶🙌

The event is hosted by the Bel Air Downtown Alliance, a non-profit dedicated to creating a vibrant community and a visitor-friendly atmosphere in Downtown Bel Air, MD. Remember, 100% of the proceeds go back to the local mission, making this not just a fun event but also a charitable one!
