In this 2.5-hour interactive class, you'll learn the essential techniques for creating delicious and healthy sourdough bread from scratch. Kristen will personally guide you through every step, including:

• Feeding and maintaining a sourdough starter
• Mixing, stretching, folding, and shaping dough

As a bonus, enjoy fresh sourdough samples while you create and connect with fellow bread enthusiasts. Additional loaves will also be available for purchase to take home!

Each participant will receive:

• 50 grams of active sourdough starter for continued baking at home
• A step-by-step recipe guide for easy reference
• The dough you create during the workshop, ready to freeze or bake the next day
