Mam Tor Family Walk – 5 Apr 2026

🌄 Join us for the Mam Tor Family Adventure!

Prepare for an unforgettable experience as we trek along the stunning stone surfaced path leading from the car park to the top of Mam Tor. This route promises breathtaking views and is known to be one of the most favored walks in the Peak District!

Our journey begins in Hope, taking us to the charming village of Castleton before we join the Limestone Way via the picturesque Cave Dale. After parting ways with the Limestone Way at Old Moor, we’ll head north toward Mam Tor.

Conquer the popular hill and continue along the appropriately named Great Ridge, which offers stunning overlooks of the Hope Valley. After two miles along this scenic ridge, we will descend back into the valley and return to Hope.
