Richard is a renowned chef who has dedicated over 15 years to mastering raw and plant-based cuisine. As the founder of NAMA Foods, a celebrated raw vegan restaurant in Notting Hill, he has a wealth of experience in plant-based food preparation. Richard also offers delightful catering services for both savory and sweet vegan dishes. 🌱

His previous workshop, 'Fundamentals of Raw Vegan Cuisine,' was a smashing success, receiving rave reviews from our community:

✨ Starter: Pumpkin soup with za’atar croutons and coconut yoghurt
✨ Main: Mushroom and walnut ‘meatballs’ in a rich tomato ragu served with citrusy herbed quinoa and a refreshing cucumber, pomegranate, and sumac salad
✨ Dessert: Apple strudel rolls accompanied by whipped coconut cream
