This exciting gathering will be hosted by Sarah Bentley, founder of Made in Hackney, alongside Veryan Wilkie-Jones, their former Programmes Manager. The evening will highlight:
🍒 A fermentation & wild food demonstration by acclaimed author and chef Rachel de Thample.
🍒 A hands-on session on preparing sustainably sourced Irish moss with plant-based chef and naturopath Sharon Gardner.
🍒 A vibrant panel discussion on food justice featuring facilitator Sareta Puri, community chef Zoe Marks, and MIH founder Sarah Bentley.
