This is a coach-led strongman training day where we emphasize support, inclusivity, and camaraderie. Open to all levels of ability, participants will train in equal-ability groups, so whether you’re just starting or already lifting heavy, you’ll be alongside others at your level.

You'll have 40 minutes at each event station, which includes:

• Deadlift
• Axle & Log
• Bag & Drag
• Farmers

These events are strategically selected as a perfect prep for The Unit’s Strongman Games happening in March! You’ll practice with the equipment in the venue and gain essential tips to enhance your performance.

The day will culminate with our iconic Tandem Deadlift Bar event, which truly embodies our motto: Together We Are Stronger!
