🌼 Awaken & Align: A Transformative Sound Bath Experience 🌼
Join us for a rejuvenating therapeutic sound healing meditation on Sunday, 19th April, from 10:30 to 11:30 AM at Silver Threads Hall, Donnington, TF2 8AD.

This session will harness the healing energies of the season, allowing you to release stress and unwind through the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls. 🌸
We'll begin by selecting an oracle card to set your intention for the healing journey.
Once you’re comfortable, you can either sit or lie down on one of our provided mats as the singing bowls envelop you in their calming frequencies for approximately 45 minutes.

Experience the aim of the sound bath: to cultivate a calmer mind, uplift your mood, and bring harmony to your body. 💫
All mats, blankets, and pillows will be supplied, but feel free to bring your own for added comfort.
