Živilė, a beloved yoga instructor in Bergen with over 50 workshops under her belt, invites you to partake in this unique experience as she prepares to move away. While she assures us of a return, this workshop serves as a heartfelt farewell for now. Whether this is your first encounter with Yoga Bliss or another soul-hug of a session, it promises to be memorable! 🤍
What is Yoga Bliss?
In the realm of yoga philosophy, bliss (ānanda) signifies a natural state that emerges when our nervous system is at peace and our awareness is turned inward. It's not about chasing excitement or fleeting happiness, but rather allowing yourself to feel deeply present, spacious, and content.
Program Highlights:
A slow, nourishing sequence of mindful practices awaits you, including:

Živilė is a holistic Mindfulness & Yoga teacher, author of a self-growth book, and a lecturer with an advanced degree in psychology.
