Many women often find themselves overburdened by identities of responsibility, achievement, and societal expectations. Together, we’ll embark on a journey to intentionally prune these outdated roles, embracing the courage it takes to:

• Disappoint others
• Be misunderstood
• Release the pressure of doing it all

This gathering, facilitated by the insightful Katie Sandoe, focuses on connection and growth rather than hustle, offering a nurturing space to reflect, share, and learn. Each session seeks to bring clarity, freedom, and self-trust to all participants. 💬

Event Schedule (90 minutes):

• Lunch + Connection (30 minutes): Build relationships and settle into a supportive atmosphere. 🍽️
• Learning Together (60 minutes): Engage in guided learning and facilitated discussions; participants will receive a High-Velocity Question in advance to spark meaningful conversations. 📚
• Curated resources—books, articles, podcasts, and practical tools—will be shared after the event to support ongoing growth.
