Welcoming Spring: Sound Bath with Cacao

🌼 Join us as we kick off our Hub Spring Equinox festivities with a rejuvenating Cacao Sound Bath! This unique experience celebrates the essence of Spring and encourages us to plant our dreams for the year ahead.

🌱 Cacao, a natural heart-opening plant medicine, promotes relaxation and elevates our spirits. As you immerse yourself in soothing sound and vibrations from the Gongs, you’ll find peace and tranquility during this hour-long journey.

✨ The event will begin with a ceremonial serving of Cacao for each participant, creating a sacred space before we transition into an inspiring guided meditation that focuses on your aspirations for the future.

🔔 Comfy airbeds and recliner chairs will be provided, but feel free to bring your own bedding for extra coziness!
