Three regional choirs are thrilled to present an extraordinary concert that blends the baroque splendor of Vivaldi with the passionate rhythms of South America.

Under the expert direction of Juliane Brandes and Stephan Hadulla, the evening will kick off with the festive and lively Gloria by Antonio Vivaldi (RV 589), a masterpiece of Baroque sacred music, presented in an intimate orchestral arrangement.

As we transition into the second half, prepare to be transported to the magical realm of South American music!
Our repertoire includes two tangos from Cuatro canciones porteñas by Astor Piazzolla and delightful arrangements of folk melodies from various Latin American countries, meticulously arranged for choir, strings, and bandoneon by Stephan Hadulla.

In a captivating contrast, we will also perform the modern a-cappella piece Three Themes of Life and Love by Daniel Elder—a brief yet intense musical experience that you won’t want to miss.
