🗓️ Start Times for Running Events:

• 12-Hour Trail (7.15 km laps): 07:30
• 8-Hour Trail (7.15 km laps): 08:30
• 42.2 km: 09:30 (6 laps)
• 21.1 km: 10:00 (3 laps)
• 14 km: 10:00 (2 laps)
• 7 km: 12:00 (1 lap)
• 7 km: 12:30 (1 lap)

🧒 Start Times for Children’s Events:

• 7 km: 12:00 (1 lap)
• 4 km: 11:00 (1 lap)
• 2 km: 11:15 (1 lap)
  Adults are welcome to join their children in the kids’ runs, even if they can also run 7 km afterwards!

🚶 Start Times for Hiking:

• Same as running events.

🐶 Start Times for CaniCross:

• 7 km: 08:45 (1 lap)
• 4 km: 09:00 (1 lap)
• 7 km: 13:00 (1 lap)
• 4 km: 13:15 (1 lap)

🏁 Pick Up Your Race Number:

Available from 06:30

💧 Practical Info:

• Refreshments station with everything you need: water, sodas, snacks, etc.
• Separate tents for 12 & 8 Hour, 42.2 km, and 21.1 km participants with timing and support.
• Timing of all participants via an app; self-check-in is available at the finish line!
• Medals for all, including medals for dogs! 🐕
• Enjoy a finisher beer for adults and mini finisher gifts for kids.
• Facilities include toilets and a 150-meter walk to a lovely beach.
• Bounce house and more for the family, plus a shop for running gear.
• Slush ice, cake, coffee, and other refreshments available for purchase; proceeds support Legeheltene.

By registering, you give us permission to film and photograph you during the event. We may use these on our website, Instagram, and Facebook.
