What unfolds when a dramaturg, after fifteen years devoted to the arts, starts to question if art has ruined her life, yet finds herself unable to walk away? In this award-winning solo performance, the talented Croatian writer and dramaturg Jasna Žmak takes the stage for the very first time.

real incident from 2011—a theater visit that resulted in tinnitus and hyperacusis—serves as the catalyst for a larger narrative exploring how art influences our bodies, desires, and boundaries. ✨
Jasna bravely intertwines diverse topics, including tinnitus and patriarchy, artistic responsibility and sexuality, as well as religious symbols and pop culture, in a show that masterfully blends stand-up, lectures, and personal confession.
This Is My Truth, Tell Me Yours is a heartfelt, humorous, and tumultuous journey through the contradictions of the art scene—navigating a desire to escape art while grappling with its indispensable role in her life.
