The Unit Strongman Games 2026

🎉 Kick off 2026 with one of our most awaited annual events - The Unit Strongman Games! This year, we are introducing our very first Opens Men's category alongside our established classes.

Unfortunately, due to space limitations, we can only accommodate 1 Women's class this year, focusing on the weights suitable for Intermediate-level female competitors.

🌟 Spots Available: A total of 50 competitors can sign up for the following categories:

• Women (W)
• Novice Men (NM)
• Inters Men (IM)
• Opens Men (OM)

🔥 Events Include:

Event 1: Axle & Log
Lift from the floor to overhead back & forth for 75 seconds.

• W - 50 & 50 (8" log)
• NM - 90 & 90 (11" log)
• IM - 110 & 110 (13" log)
• OM - 125 & 125 (13" log)

Event 2: Deadlift
Max reps in 60 seconds (No suits, no baby oil).

• W - 130
• NM - 220
• IM - 250
• OM - 270

Event 3: Farmers & Duck Walk
40m total travel, 75 seconds limit.

• W - 70 > 100
• NM - 100 > 140
• IM - 120 > 160
• OM - 140 > 180

Event 4: Bag & Drag
Load 2 sandbags to 50" barrels and drag a sled 20m (75 seconds limit).

• W - 70 & 80 > 120 sled
• NM - 100 & 110 > 160 sled
• IM - 110 & 120 > 180 sled
• OM - 120 & 140 > 200 sled

Event 5: Stone Wall
75 seconds limit.

• Women's platform heights: 65", 60", 55", 50", 45"
• Men's platform heights: 70", 65", 60", 55", 50"
• W - 30, 40, 50, 60, 80
• NM - 80, 90, 100, 120, 130
• IM - 90, 100, 120, 130, 140
• OM - 100, 120, 130, 140, 160
