Welcome to our second annual event! Ken & Kat Atwood are dedicated to increasing awareness about encephalitis through communication and education. Their mission is to empower individuals to advocate for themselves and their families. 💪💖

Did you know that one person is affected by encephalitis every minute worldwide? Early diagnosis and treatment are essential for saving lives and preventing brain injury. Research is crucial, and as a result of last year’s inaugural Kat Walk, nearly $9k was donated to MAYO JAX for encephalitis research! 🌍💙

This year, The Kat Walk features a half-mile untimed route along the beautiful Port Orange riverfront. Whether you walk, run, or take a few steps, everyone will be celebrated at our BIG Cheer Zone at the red-carpet finish! 🎉✨

The Kat Walk is inclusive and welcomes everyone regardless of physical limitations. By registering, you're showing support for families affected by encephalitis. Together, we can raise awareness one step at a time! 🤝🏽
