The Derwent Water Challenge

Join us for the Derwent Water Challenge 🚶‍♀️⛰️, a captivating walking adventure that showcases the stunning landscapes of the Lake District. This 16-mile circular trek features a mix of valley paths, woodland trails, charming villages, and three significant climbs, promising a memorable experience from beginning to end.

Prepare to be awed by the breathtaking views from Cat Bells and Walla Crag, two of the Lake District's most breathtaking viewpoints. Along the way, discover classic landmarks like Ashness Bridge, Surprise View, and Watendlath Tarn. Although the route circles Derwent Water, it takes you on a far more expansive journey through the picturesque Borrowdale and its surrounding fells.
