Self Defense Class

Join us for a FREE Self Defense Class hosted by SAHC! 💪 The Sexual Assault Help Center is dedicated to ending sexual violence, human trafficking, and stalking. We provide 24/7 support for survivors and conduct vital community education.

Our Empowered Self Defense workshop spans two hours of life-saving techniques. 🕒 Here's what you can expect:

• 30-minute Discussion: We debunk common myths about harm-doers.
• Understanding Power & Control: Learn how specific tactics create vulnerable situations, increasing risk.
• Brain Response: Discover how our minds react in fear-inducing situations and how to overcome them.
• Hands-on Training: The fun part! Learn physical protection techniques tailored to everyone, regardless of age, ability, or gender. 🌍🧑‍🤝‍🧑

We welcome all participants, including those with disabilities affecting movement. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring water! 💧
