🩹 Bleed Control (09:00 - 10:00)
Our experienced instructors will guide you through vital bleeding control techniques tailored to ensure you can respond effectively in emergencies. You'll have hands-on practice, and they'll assist you in mastering three essential actions until you are proficient in stopping the bleed and potentially saving a life.

❤️ CPR/AED Training (10:00 - 11:00)
Learn how to recognize cardiac arrest, perform CPR, and use an AED to respond in cardiac emergencies. This awareness course will provide crucial skills, though please note that it is not a certification course.

🍕 Lunch will be provided (pizza and soft drinks) courtesy of the Van Purser Foundation (VPF).
