🌳 Join us for a delightful day at the Rare Plant Fair located at the stunning Kingston Bagpuize House in Abingdon, Oxfordshire! 🏡 Dive into the beauty of the 18th-century house, nestled at the edge of The White Horse Vale, surrounded by its exquisite gardens and parkland.

🚫 Please remember, no dogs are allowed on the premises (except for assistance dogs).

🎟️ Ticket Information:

  • Adults: £8
  • Children/Students (ages 11-21): £4
  • Free entry for children under 11!
    Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

💰 Note: This is a special charity event, and therefore, Historic Houses (HH) membership and Gardeners World 2for1 tickets cannot be used for entry. The fair closes at 16:00, but the gardens will remain open until 17:00!

🌷 Explore the various gardens, including a long mixed border filled with roses, perennial plants, and a magnificent Magnolia soulangeana that blooms in late spring. The pavilion offers a beautiful view over the garden, and the grounds feature a range of surfaces, from cobblestones to grassy areas, making for an interesting stroll.

🕒 House Opening Times: The Kingston Bagpuize House will be open for visitors from 13:00 to 16:00 for an additional fee:

  • Adults: £4.00
  • Children/Students (11-21): £2.00
    Free admission for Historic Houses (HH) members and 2for1 ticket holders from 14:00 onwards.

🅿️ Parking: Ample parking is available in a large field adjacent to the house, with Blue Badge parking near the entrance.

🍽️ Refreshments will be available on the lawns in front of the house.
