📖 What is Purim?

Purim (POUR-um) begins at sundown on March 2 and ends at sundown on March 3. It commemorates the saving of the Jews from a massacre during the Persian period, as recounted in the Book of Esther. Celebrate with costumes, delicious foods, and the traditional practice of giving out Mishloach Manot (gift baskets)!
