This gathering is designed for those who wish to relate from a regulated nervous system and create authentic connections. We will explore practices that welcome emotions often seen as barriers to open-hearted interaction.

🌱 What is Primal Play?
Engage in authentic expression through movement, guided by the impulses of your body. You'll have the opportunity to connect with others, allowing for genuine interaction that is both real and attuned to mutual needs.

🌈 The Space:
Our gathering will be a non-sexual, fully-clothed, and trauma-informed environment. Your experience is entirely your choice—whether to play, pause, or simply observe.

• Lisa Renander: With over a decade of experience, Lisa weaves together yoga, Reiki, and co-creation practices to foster authentic connections.
• Malin Lindberg: A certified facilitator and psychology student passionate about human behavior and authentic presence.
