• 18:30 - 18:45: Arrive & get comfortable
• 18:45 - 19:00: Official welcome
• 19:00 - 20:00: Uninterrupted reading time
• 20:00 - 20:30: Connect with fellow attendees
• 20:30 - 21:00: Round-up and farewells
