• A language for observing energy, emotion, and focus within the body.

Together, we’ll ponder questions such as:

• How do individuals experience these energy centers?
• In what ways does the chakra system reflect reality vs. metaphor?
• What constitutes the subtle body?

All viewpoints are welcomed—be it mystical, skeptical, embodied, poetic, or practical! No prior knowledge is necessary, just a sense of curiosity and presence. This gathering is all about shared inquiry, not formal instruction.
