Music Worcester Presents: Refugee Orchestra Project

🎻 Experience a Powerful Evening of Music and Unity!

The Refugee Orchestra Project, established in 2016, aims to bring together talented refugee musicians from around the globe. With a rich history of collaboration, they have performed alongside prestigious ensembles, including the London Symphony Orchestra and acclaimed artists like Chi-chi Nwanoko and Gity Razaz.

This concert features Milad Yousufi, the ensemble's Artist-in-Residence, who is a multi-media artist, composer, and conductor. Milad's vision is to showcase Afghan music through a dynamic concert, presenting a unique blend of soloists and instruments.

Having previously worked with Music Worcester in 2019 on “Salam Alik” for the South High Community School chamber brass band, Milad continues to inspire audiences.

• Humanity – Milad Yousufi (commission)
