Monday Mingle - 3km, 5km & 7km run

Get ready to kick off your week with a refreshing run! Join us this Monday for a choice of 3km, 5km, or 7km. Whether you're a member or a newcomer, this event is FREE for everyone! Just hit "going" on our event page and arrive on time at Henry & Sally's!

👥 We will have multiple pace groups to suit all levels, so choose one that matches your comfort or challenge yourself! After the run, gather at the bar to enjoy a drink (or two!) and mingle with fellow runners.
