MND Party in the Park

Join us for the MND Party in the Park, a vibrant community event designed to bring Brixworth together for an unforgettable summer solstice! 🌞

This heartfelt gathering will raise money and awareness for Motor Neurone Disease, a cause deeply meaningful to us. In 2020, I raised funds in memory of a dear friend and now, I'm thrilled to organize this event in honor of my brave Dad, Pat Davitt, who is facing the challenges of MND with incredible strength. 💪

MND is a cruel disease that impacts everyday independence, making tasks we take for granted, like getting out of bed or communicating, monumental challenges. Essential equipment such as specialist beds and wheelchairs quickly becomes necessary, showcasing the importance of our cause.

But let's not forget, this day is also a celebration! 🎉 We’ve got live music, local stalls, delicious food, and plenty of laughter.
