Their name pays homage to the influential blues musician RL Burnside and his iconic album "Too Bad Jim". Originating from a casual collaboration between award-winning musicians Little Victor and Son Jack Jr, they quickly formed a powerful trio with drummer Nick Simonon.

Together, they deliver a raw, earthy sound that transports you straight to a North Mississippi juke joint! Expect a blend of gritty vocals, electric guitars, and irresistible rhythm.
