After joining the iconic British band in late 1973 at just 18, Schenker played a pivotal role in shaping their international success. From being dubbed the “German Wunderkind” to becoming one of the most esteemed guitarists in rock history, his influence continues to resonate with musicians worldwide. 🌍

During what is celebrated as the "Schenker era" (1974-1978), he brought forth five revolutionary studio albums, including the classics Lights Out (1977) and Phenomenon (1974), alongside the legendary live album Strangers In The Night (recorded in Chicago 1978). These albums introduced us to timeless hits like Doctor Doctor, Rock Bottom, and Only You Can Rock Me. 🎶

To mark this milestone, Michael is releasing new editions of his best-loved UFO tracks featuring various guest stars, and he’ll hit the road again for a significant European tour in 2025. Due to the overwhelming success of the early 2025 shows, he will return for a second leg starting in February 2026.
