What to Expect:
While there's no strict basic step, micro dancing typically involves syncing breath, tiny weight shifts, body isolations, and fluctuating energy levels that deeply resonate with the music.
For those who are new, if you've enjoyed late-night zouk, blues, or kizomba, this will feel like home! For newcomers or non-dancers who cherish connection and community, we welcome you warmly! 🤗

• Respect the studio: No touching mirrors, and please wear flats or wide heels (no spiked heels!).
• Food & Drink: Bring snacks for the lobby. Water will be available for refills (bring your own bottle!).
• Hygiene: Since Micro involves close dancing, please maintain good hygiene and avoid strong-smelling products.
• Parking: We recommend parking on Robertson. If using side streets, please keep noise levels down as we are in a quiet neighborhood.
• Consent & Code of Conduct: We adhere to the Safer Dances Spaces guidelines for a welcoming environment.
