🌟 Welcome to the Contact Impro Jam! 🌟
Join us on even Sundays at Spinn, Järntorget 7, 16:00 - 19:00!
🚪 Doors open at 16:00. Start off with a circle and warm-up at 16:15, and the jam begins at 17:00 (or once the warm-up wraps up). We kindly ask you to refrain from ringing the doorbell between 16:15 and 17:00. After 17:00, it's a drop-in/drop-out jam!
📍 The studio is one flight up to the right around the corner. Ring the bell to enter!
🏷️ Cost: 60 kr via Swish or cash to the jam organizers.
👥 All levels welcome, from beginners to experienced dancers! Please message the Kontaktimproarrangörer Göteborg or Anders Hammarquist for the building access code.

What is Contact Improvisation?

Contact improvisation is a unique dance and movement form where individuals engage in playful experimentation with weight, balance, and gravity in improvised dance. The foundation lies in movement and touch, focusing on listening to oneself and the movement partners. Hone your skills to lift, fall, fly, jump, roll, slide, and experience being upside down.
A jam is an unstructured dance session, with or without music, allowing freedom of movement and connection.
