What's on the Program?

✨ A presentation on emotions and their impact on longevity by Monika Grzybek Ryzykowska.
✨ Engaging discussions with special guests including Dr. Tadeusz Oleszczuk, a leading holistic physician in Poland, and other remarkable individuals like Izabela Wilczyńska, Gosia Górna, Barbara Dąbrowska, and Małgorzata Kalinowska.
✨ Live music and liberating dance with Monika Popiołek.
✨ A heartfelt concert by Agnieszka Ashton.
✨ Kamilla Kostrzewa will also join us, known for her book "Life Without Roots" and her initiative "Return to Self" in the UK.
