We will embark on a journey to awaken our life energy through movement, connecting with our physical and emotional bodies. This workshop creates a mirror reflecting the depths of our hearts—its emptiness, fullness, joys, and sorrows. As our feelings surface, we explore the vibrant connection between our emotional lives and sexuality.

How can we take charge of our sexual energy instead of caging it in guilt and shame? What do we need to feel secure in our bodies and desires? On the dance floor, a safe and sacred space, we’ll discover how dance can facilitate sexual healing and personal growth. 💖

With over 20 years of experience, Silvija is a passionate 5Rhythms® teacher known for her humor and earthiness. She has undergone extensive training and facilitated numerous workshops, guiding participants to discover joy and freedom in their bodies.
