Join us for an introspective journey exploring the foundations of your identity. What experiences have shaped you? Can we turn failures into stepping stones? Together, we’ll dive into these profound questions and more!

• Dates: Tuesday, April 7, April 21, and May 5, 2026
• Time: 18:00 - 20:00
• Location: 195 S Main St, Uxbridge, MA 01569-2602, United States
• Cost: $115 for the series (less than $40 per class)
• Materials Fee: $30 (to be paid directly to the instructor on the first night)

📚 What to Expect:

• Understanding what Shadow Work means for you individually
• Engaging in gratitude journaling to aid the healing process
• Partaking in guided meditations at each session
• Lessons and discussions inspired by various books, including insights from 'Let Them' by Mel Robbins
• Shadow Work writing prompts and gratitude exercises

✍️ Class Requirements:

• Bring writing utensils and two different color highlighters
• Arrive with an open mind, ready for exploration

👩‍🏫 Instructor: Kay, a seasoned psychic reader and educator with a Master’s degree in special education and a strong psychology background. With years of experience in journaling for self-discovery, she will guide you through this transformative process.
