🌊 Exploring Inner and Outer Landscapes - Water

Join us for a unique ritual-based workshop led by the talented theatre director Lisa Brüning! In this immersive experience, we will dive into the contrasting inner and outer landscapes of water — traversing both the shore and the sea.

As beings primarily composed of water, we will engage with the poetic theme of these landscapes at the beautiful Amager Strand.

Throughout our time together, we will partake in a series of nurturing actions — fostering connections within our community, with ourselves, and with the outer landscape by the ocean. Let’s discover how the water around us resonates with our inner selves and nurtures our bonds.

• The workshop will be conducted in English.
• Please dress appropriately for the weather as most of our activities will take place outdoors on the shore.
• Age Limit: 15 years and above.

About Lisa Brüning:
A renowned theatre director from Germany, Lisa specializes in international, site-specific performative rituals that delve into humanity's relationship with nature and each other. Her artistry combines participatory processes with installations, igniting feelings of community and conscious sustainability within theatre. Trained at the prestigious „Ernst Busch“ University of Theatre Arts in Berlin, she is known for her collaborations with Metropolis Københavns Internationale Teater, including the significant pilgrimage event „Back to the Sea“ with land-art artist Alfio Bonanno and her ongoing workshop series „The Circles“.
