The evening begins indoors with an introduction to the philosophy and benefits of Shinrin-yoku, highlighting how it differs from a traditional hike and enhances well-being during the cold months. Then, step outside and immerse yourself in nature, where you’ll discover the quiet wonders of winter while tending to your relationship with the season. Throughout this hour-long outdoor experience, we’ll provide blankets, insulated sit pads, hot stone hand warmers, and flashlights to ensure your comfort, alongside essential oils for relaxation.

Afterward, warm up with complimentary wild-foraged tea and cookies while connecting with fellow participants.
