• 19:30 | Meet + Welcome
  Arrive with a serene mindset as we assemble on the beach for an introduction to the lunar themes.

• 19:45 | Sauna & Ritual (65 min)
  Step into the comforting warmth of The Saltwater Sauna. Through heat, breath, and guided reflection, you'll find a space of release, clarity, and inner strength.

• 20:50 | Depart Sauna + Change
  Transition gently from the sauna, hydrate, and prepare for our closing moments.

• 21:00 | Closing Circle
  Join us for a calming guided meditation and optional group reflection. Herbal tea will be provided to seal the ritual.

• 21:10 | Farewells
  Leave feeling rejuvenated and in harmony with the rhythm of your new beginning.

Additional Details:

• This event accommodates only 14 participants to promote an intimate atmosphere.
• Please bring swimwear, a towel, something comfortable to sit on in the sauna, warm layers for afterward, and water to stay hydrated. Herbal tea will be supplied.
• Be sure to arrive early to settle into the space before we begin.
