Since their unlikely beginnings throwing illegal parties in abandoned buildings in Glasgow, Franz Ferdinand has continuously crafted their unique sound and vision. Formed by singer Alex Kapranos and bassist Bob Hardy, their journey started in a kitchen and grew into global acclaim.
With current members Julian Corrie on keyboard, Dino Bardot on guitar, and Audrey Tait on drums, the original members, Kapranos and Hardy, have curated a band that shares their fiery passion.

Their sixth studio album, “The Human Fear”, released in early 2025, features the hit single “Hooked”, radiating raw energy and exploring powerful themes of fear and humanity. After celebrating two decades of music with “Hits To The Head”, they stand ready to dive into new musical adventures.
