With a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences and a Professional Master’s in Physical Therapy from the University of Delaware, Shaun combines her extensive knowledge with a passion for lifelong learning. She is a certified yoga instructor and actively teaches in both 200- and 300-hour yoga teacher training programs.
