Join us at Glamis Hall, Wellingborough for an unforgettable day of strength and determination! Here's what to expect:

🏋️‍♂️ Events:

1. Max Deadlift: 3 nominated lifts, no opener suits, all straps allowed.

   • No dropping the bar, no sumo!
   • Categories: Junior, Novice, Intermediate, Masters, Opens

2. Log for Reps: Using a wooden log for Opens and Masters, and a Strength Shop log for Novice and Intermediate.

   • Time limit: 60 seconds
   • Weights: Junior 70kg, Novice 90kg, Intermediate 100kg, Masters 100kg, Opens 140kg.

3. Yoke Run: 15m turn and back in 60 seconds.

   • Weights: Junior 200kg, Novice 260kg, Intermediate 290kg, Masters 290kg, Opens 350kg.

4. Dinnie Stone Walk: 15m turn and back. Drop as many times as you wish within the 60 seconds time limit.

   • Weights: Junior 75kg/90kg, Novice 80kg/90kg, Intermediate 90kg/100kg, Masters 100kg/110kg, Opens 120kg/130kg.

5. Sandbag Steeple Chase: 7.5m over a 4ft yoke, load and repeat.

   • Weights: Junior 80kg/100kg, Novice 80kg/100kg, Intermediate 100kg/120kg, Masters 100kg/120kg, Opens 120kg/140kg.

🏆 Prizes:

• Entry Fee: £45 (nonrefundable unless event is cancelled)
• Prize: £500 for the biggest deadlift across all categories, plus trophies for podium finishes!
• Junior Winner receives the title of Midlands Strongest Junior.

• Kane Francis: Special guest referee, 2024 England’s Strongest Man
• Tom Cane: Head referee, World’s Strongest Natural Master
