Are you ready to empower yourself with life-saving skills? Sign up for our engaging First Aid Courses focused on CPR and choking for babies and toddlers (0-3 years)! Our courses are held in English and take place almost every month! 

🍼 Baby-Friendly: Feel free to bring your baby (0-12 months) at no extra cost! While it’s not required, having your little one with you may add a special touch. But remember, your focus is key!

• How to assess consciousness and breathing
• Effective CPR techniques for small children
• Recovery position strategies
• Using an AED (Automated External Defibrillator)
• Prevention and response strategies for choking
• Recognizing serious infections, falls, burns, poisoning, and seizure management

We will practice using specialized Junior & Baby CPR manikins that provide feedback to your mobile device. Don’t forget to download the QCPR app from Laerdal - available for free on Google Play and Apple's App Store.

Instructor Background:
Marianne is a certified physiotherapist, first aid instructor by the Dansk Førstehjælpsråd, and former sergeant in the Danish Civil Defense. She has authored several books and DVDs focusing on health and safety for new parents.
