A space to open the heart, to be nourished, and to remember the wisdom that lives in the female body. For women to come together in a space of embodied sisterhood, presence, and deep nourishment.The focus of this afternoon will be love, connection, sisterhood, nourishment, care and opening of the heart through conscious touch. A space and an occasion where we can slow down, listen to the body, and reconnect with our capacity to receive, to soften, and to be held in awareness and love.A part of the time will be devoted to the breasts, a very sensitive, powerful, and often neglected part of the woman’s body. The breasts carry emotions, memories and also our capacity for giving and receiving love.We will learn how to gently massage our own breasts, to release tension and pain, to bring healing, warmth, and loving presence to this vulnerable and precious area. This practice is about listening, honouring, and infusing the body with care and love. <3 Love is an essential need and we don´t often prioritise it. This day prioritise Love and give this gift to both your body and Soul <3About the women who will hold this circle for you:Agathe-Eline, Ilaria and OlinelaA constellation of one French and 2 Italian women with a warm heart and a long experience in holding spaces for women.
