Formerly known as Ecstatic Dance with Grundstoff & Ionstrøm, we're thrilled to introduce our next chapter! This event marks a fresh evolution of our dance nights, now featuring a more intentional and thematic approach.

✨ Each session will begin with an extended period of guided movement exploration inspired by our theme, paving the way for an ecstatic wave of free dance.

🤝 We aim to foster a vibrant community, collaborating with facilitators, musicians, DJs, and others to inspire movement within a wide Range of Motion. We invite everyone to become members for ongoing fellowship and discounted tickets—replacing our former early bird system!

WHAT IS ECSTATIC DANCE?
Ecstatic Dance invites you to see dance as a moving meditation, a way to express your essence and celebrate life in all its forms! Ever longed for a dancefloor where you can let loose and groove freely along with others? Our space is alcohol-free, free of small talk, and devoid of distractions—where a group of individuals shares the joy of movement for therapeutic pleasure.

🌀 Arrive with whatever emotions you're carrying—allow them to flow. There’s no agenda or right/wrong way to participate. Explore a self-healing sanctuary, immerse yourself in moving meditation, or simply enjoy grooving to amazing music. Just bring your body and let it express itself!

• Guided Movement Exploration focusing on Death & Rebirth
• 20:15 – Ecstatic Dance Journey with DJ Ionstrøm
• 22:00 – Dance Conclusion with Closing Circle
• 22:15 – Relax and Help Pack Up
• 23:00 – Time to Say Goodbye (Elvis must leave the building!)

• Dance barefoot
• No talking while dancing (sounds are welcomed!)
• Alcohol and mind-altering substances are prohibited
• No screens—please refrain from using phones or taking photos on the dancefloor
• Always seek consent before touching others
