🔊 Drum Major Instinct: Hailing from Asheville, NC, this experimental duo, composed of Jeff Arnal on percussion and Curt Cloninger on modular synthesizer, creates intricate soundscapes. Their music transcends the ordinary, weaving together waves of energy and natural sounds. Their latest release, Almost Nothing (2025), promises to transport you into realms of auditory wonder.

🎷 Katherine Young: A celebrated bassoonist and improviser based in Atlanta, Katherine integrates electronics into her performances, creating bold new expressions of her instrument. Praised by The Wire and Downbeat, she has earned accolades for her fearless approach to music and has held a Guggenheim Fellowship in Music Composition.

🎵 Glasspack: Formed by Henry Birdsey and Ian McColm, Glasspack reimagines traditional bagpipes through modern technology. With their LP Rarefied Airs (2025), this innovative project challenges musical boundaries and offers new sonic experiences.

🎤 Negar Soley: An Iranian composer and vocalist, Negar’s work explores themes of memory and emotion through the lens of everyday life. Currently in Philadelphia, she integrates field recordings and poetry into her performances, creating a rich tapestry of sound.
