Dovestone Edge Guided Walk

🌄 Join us for an exhilarating journey at the edge of the Peak District! Abigail's Trails invites you on a moderately challenging 9-mile (15km) guided walk with Abi, a professional Mountain Leader who is passionate about the great outdoors.

✨ Experience breathtaking views from the moorland top! Our adventure includes a short scramble up Birchen Clough, leading to stunning rock formations like The Trinnacle. We'll stroll south to explore what was once the highest reservoir in England, and enjoy a smooth return by Dove Stone Reservoir, a beautiful spot well worth the visit!

⏳ Expect a total duration of 4.5 to 5 hours, with plenty of time for a relaxing lunch break along the way. This path is ideal for those with a reasonable fitness level who are sure-footed. Don’t worry! Comprehensive instruction and guidance will be provided to ensure a fun outing and boost your confidence.

🐾 Well-mannered dogs are welcome (maximum 2 per person), but please be mindful of livestock on the route and ensure that your dog can navigate stiles. If using retractable leads, keep them short for everyone's safety.
