• 300m pool swim
• 21km bike ride
• 5km run
  Finish your race by sprinting through the centre of the Health Fair, cheered on by friends, family, and supporters! 🎉

🏃 Dereham 5K Run

Experience a flat and fast 5k, ideal for chasing a personal best or tackling your very first race. Starting at the football ground, you will run one lap of the field, proceed down Norwich Road, and conclude through the Health Fair, surrounded by your loved ones.

Training for an event provides focus, honesty, and motivation at the gym. Whether you are taking on your first race or gearing up for your next challenge, this is your moment to commit! 💪
