Theme: Build Canada
Canada possesses incredible energy, talent, and resources, yet we often lag in creating the automation infrastructure necessary for independence. This hackathon focuses on innovative solutions in energy, AI infrastructure, supply chains, and more to enhance Canada's self-reliance!
Here are a few project ideas to get you inspired:

• 🖥️ Web Apps: Develop a tool that helps small Canadian businesses discover local suppliers, reducing reliance on US imports.
• 🤖 AI Agents: Create an AI assistant to navigate Canadian government forms and permitting processes.
• 📊 Data & ML: Design a demand forecasting tool for Canadian energy grids.
• 🌐 AI Assistants: Build a bilingual (EN/FR) customer service agent tailored for Canadian companies.

Hackathon Rules

🎁 Prize: 🥇 $1,000 Cursor Credits
👩‍💻 Bring your laptop with Cursor downloaded and choose one of the following tracks to participate.
📝 Demos will be evaluated based on impact, execution, presentation, and design.
🆓 Free Cursor credits will be provided for your build.
👥 Team Size: 2-5 People. You can join as a solo hacker, but you must form a team of at least 2 to participate.
🚫 No pre-built projects allowed.
🗣️ Pitch: 3-minute pitch to the judges followed by a 1-minute Q&A.
