READY TO SNUGGLE YOUR STRESS AWAY? ✨ Join us for an afternoon filled with cuddles, connection, and the nurturing practice of nervous-system co-regulation. This isn't just a cuddle party—it's a guided journey into the realm of platonic touch and consensual connection.

We'll kick things off with playful somatic games that explore non-verbal consent and attunement, allowing us to foster trust and deepen our connections. Expect the following opportunities:

• 💃 Slow-motion contact dance
• 🤗 Platonic affection & oxytocin boosts
• 🌿 A space to soften, be held, and co-regulate together

From there, we'll gently flow into a cozy cuddle-puddle, creating an atmosphere where your boundaries are respected.
